I'm Jaimie Peterson, owner and photographer of Peterson Photography. I have always had a great love for photography. I think it was bred into me. My parents have a similar love for photography.

I got my first real camera in high school, when I was taking pictures for the school newspaper. Then after that camera was stolen, I bought myself a new camera and started at the college newspaper.
After that, I started taking pictures for friends' weddings, graduations, and portraits and I have been doing it ever since.

Photography is one of my greatest passions. I love to capture the essence of someone else in a photo. I love to see the smiles on peoples' faces when they see the progression from the photo session to the end resulting photos. It makes what I do worth all the work!
